(via talix18) If I could get to MY Facebook to update MY status, it would say: Congratulations to my dear friend Talix. She understands that being clean is about much more than just no longer using. It’s about things like acknowledging that your addiction directly harmed your family and friends, and making amends to them. If you don’t get THAT, well, you’re what they call a dry drunk. And probably a sociopath. BTW, hon, how are those dogs lately, and when’s the last time you took them to the beach?
